Production notes
From its birthplace in Abruzzo, the Passerina, an often underestimated grape, possesses a lively and endearing personality. The bright straw-yellow color offers a delicate bouquet of citrus, white flowers, and fine herbs. Fresh acidity, sapidity, and minerality come together on the palate, echoing clear, easy-drinking flavors of apple and nutmeg. Beautiful balance and well-integrated flavors give it a surprising versatility at the table. White asparagus with béchamel and prosciutto make a perfect pairing for this wine!
