Since 1872, Normandin-Mercier has been perfecting the art of blending and aging exceptional cognacs. Representing the fifth generation, Edouard Normandin upholds a traditional, handcrafted approach that stands apart in a region where mass production too often overshadows quality. All their eaux-de-vie come exclusively from Petite and Grande Champagne, with no caramel, sugar, or wood chips added. Aged slowly in the centuries-old cellars of Château de La Péraudière, these cognacs are marked by finesse, purity, and authenticity. While proud of their old-school methods, Normandin-Mercier is also forward-thinking: since 2019, the estate has embraced organic conversion—a rare commitment in the world of cognac. From artisanal Pineaux des Charentes to fine handcrafted cognacs, this is where true excellence resides.
