De Stefani Estate, situated in the rolling hills of Conegliano and Refrontolo (a UNESCO World Heritage site), has been renowned since 1918. Production notes

By naming this cuvée as such, Alexandro wanted to evoke all the elegance of the Doges’ city-state. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from the finest plots of La Ronche, Vènis has plenty to captivate: a brilliant straw-yellow color, exotic aromas of pineapple, candied lemon, and mild spices. The refreshing balance of alcohol and acidity is complemented by a pronounced minerality, revealing flavors of peach, pink grapefruit, and nutmeg. A long, fruity finish invites thoughts of the many dishes this wine could accompany. The list—like the pleasures it promises—is long, and the price is gentle. Cheers!
