Production notes

A classic and refined white Pineau, aged five years in oak barrels. Its golden hue shines in the glass. On the nose, it offers expressive aromas of peach, fig, honey, white flowers, and a hint of almond. The natural sweetness is beautifully balanced by a fresh, lifted structure, bringing both elegance and depth. A charming aperitif, but also a perfect match for foie gras, blue cheeses, or fruity desserts. Serve well chilled!
