Production notes
This wine captivates from the first nose with its aromas of red berries, accented by a touch of sweet spices. On the palate, the tannins are well present, providing structure, but they are balanced by a beautiful freshness that gives the wine momentum. Notes of red cherries and blackberries become more pronounced towards the finish, adding both indulgence and depth. A pleasing wine, perfect for pairing with carbonara pasta or grilled chicken skewers. Cheers!
