In the Vaucluse, between Gigondas and Vaison-la-Romaine, the 27-hectare estate of Les Sibu stretches across several prestigious appellations: Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Séguret, and Côtes du Rhône Villages. Centered around the charming village of Sablet, at the foot of the striking Dentelles de Montmirail, the estate is above all a family story. Since 2015, three generations of the Alazar family have joined forces to shape the estate’s identity. Once devoted to cooperative production, the parcels—some over 60 years old—are now cultivated with a focus on sustainability. Certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2019, the vineyard began its conversion to organic farming with the 2023 vintage.
