Product notes

This wine will develop beautifully in the bottle. The tannins will gradually soften, giving it more body.

Production notes

Just before the end of fermentation, the grapes are pressed and the wine completes its fermentation without the skins. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 9 months in American and French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Medium to high aromatic intensity. Great complexity on the nose, revealing aromas of fresh fruit, blackberry, and redcurrant. Spicy and woody notes are also present. Aromas of vanilla, pepper, and vanilla emerge readily. On the palate, it is a supple, elegant, and easy-drinking Crianza, boasting a beautiful structure and perfect balance.
