About this winery

In 1999, Don Pedro fulfilled his dream by establishing a winery in Enguera. Production notes

Hand-picked from the Monsastrell winery in Casa Lluch. The soils are poor, extremely limestone and clayey. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 3 days, very short pumping over, 15-20 min. twice a day. Aged for 8 months in first-second use French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Paradigma represents the paradigm of the Monastrell grape variety. Traditionally associated with warm, powerful, and sometimes heavy Monastrell wines, featuring intense extraction and long aging, Paradigma is crafted more in the style of continental climate wines, with gentle macerations and moderate barrel aging. The result is an elegant, refined, and highly versatile wine, capable of pairing with a wide variety of dishes. The wine reveals mineral aromas that beautifully express the Casa Lluch terroir, along with notes of cocoa, chocolate, caramel, and spices. The tannins are well-polished, smooth on the palate, and very fine.
