Tasting notes
In the winery, fermentation takes place in second- and third-use French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine rests for 3 to 4 months in barrel, gaining complexity and aromatic intensity. Beautiful golden yellow color. The nose shows great aromatic intensity and remarkable complexity. Aromas of orange blossom, almond blossom, and other white flowers quickly emerge. Fruity notes also play an important role, with aromas of peach, apricot, and tropical fruits such as banana and pineapple. Barrel aging mainly brings notes of white pepper, vanilla, and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is medium- to full-bodied, with high acidity and excellent balance.
