Production notes

Harvested from the heights of the Chablis region, this is a straightforward wine with great freshness. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the typicity of the Chablis terroir and allow its full minerality to express itself. Aged for 4 to 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Golden color. A refined and intense nose with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and citrus (lemon, grapefruit), set against a mineral backdrop (flint, gunflint). Notes of peach and white fruits also emerge. On the palate, it is balanced, lively, and light, with a good attack followed by a pleasant roundness. Its subtle saline note reflects the character of its origin. The wine’s richness harmonizes with its freshness, offering a persistent and perfectly composed finish.
